there are so many peoples in BSNL landline and broadband department. but all are useless. people complaints are pending for months. and how much problem they are facing. but they people do not understand that.they are pathetic.
I HAVE APPLIED FOR BROADBAND AND LANDLINE IN DCM AJMER ROAD M.G.NAGAR ,IN APRIL 2013 AFTER READING ON WEBSITE .I APPLIED ON LINE. AND SURE ENOUGH I GOT A SMS AND NAME OF PERSON OF BSNL WHO WILL VISIT ON SUNDAY TO COMPLETE APPLICATION FORMALITIES. I WAS IMPRESSED. HE HELPED TO COMPLETE FORMALITIES AND DEPOSITED THE APPLICATION ALONG WITH RS.500/-DEPOSIT. WITHIN A WEEK HE VISITED AND GAVE ME ACKNOWLEGMENT AND RECIEPT FOR MONEY PAID. HE TOLD ME THAT WITHIN A WEEK I SHUD GET A CALL FROM VAISHALI EXCHANGE ABOUT STATUS. GOOD PART ENDS HERE .AFTER MY REPEATED CALLS IETHER PHONES ARE NOT ANSWERED OR PERSON AT OTHER END SAYS ITS WRONG DEPARTMENT I AM CALLING, LANDLINE ALLOTED IS 2658568 ON 15-4-2013. I AM NEW TO JAIPUR MY DAUGHTER IS WORKING MY WIFE AND I ARE OVER 70 YEARS OF AGE,WE DO NOT KNOW WHO TO COMPLAIN. H.K.MITROO
BSNL is totally govt department.... all executives are really irresponsible and they talk rudely to customers..... complaints are pending from days but no issues... they dont care
BSNL Customers are not Good. They are unable for problem. Please understand ?????
Being such big organization, service is complete bad, most of portal also working.
